Gleaning from triple tours with USA's Tom T Hall and earlier with Brian Young Shows, Clermont has continued to be a fully fledged Chameleon in music from bands with Gourds to many "Countries" of Music. He has added to films like "Australia", nurtured young players at our National Folk Festivals through to Clermont's Clinic for many years now at the mammoth Woodford Folk Fest. His many awarded bands - Totally Gourdgeous, Three Chord Wonders, Dya Singh World Music Group variously crossed the planet. Now he also tunes pianos where the tours take him, connecting him to well over a hundred of years of music in just one instrument!
Awarded with Golden Guitar & Bluegrass Guitar Championships in the 80s through to Inductee of SA Music Hall of Fame 2021 and Golden Fiddle Lifetime Achievement Award 2023 his 25 years of Supper Club orchestrations have charmed thousands of listeners. This year another stunning Supper Club group gathers at the North Tamworth Bowling Club - a smorgasbord of musical adventure that will even have himself on the tips of his toes each night! He is also Musical Director to the 18th Golden Fiddle Awards on Australia Day!
