Amy Vee is a skilled musician, award-winning songwriter and performer, and veteran touring artist, whose latest work sits somewhere between indie folk and ambient dream pop.
In 2023, Vee recorded a full-length live album, recorded at iconic Newcastle music venue Lizotte’s with her 6-piece band in one magic evening. Her fans have described it as “next-level beautiful”, “as mighty as it is heart wrenching” and “mesmerising”.
A versatile multi-instrumentalist, Vee has toured as a band member for legendary Australian artists such as Jon English and Tim Freedman, as well as Sydney musicians’ collective The Album Show.
As a soloist, Amy has opened for a diverse range of artists including Newton Faulkner, Luka Bloom, Mark Seymour, Renee Geyer, Vika & Linda Bull, Adalita and many more. Vee recently co-headlined a 16-date East Coast tour with fellow acclaimed Hunter Valley artist Anna Weatherup.
