The campfire for me has always been a place of unity and belonging in my life where everyone is welcome and the bonds formed around it are truly unbreakable.
The songs I will be bringing to my 2024 Tamworth show at TRECC are old and new. Some I learned from my older cousins as kids where I had to patiently watch their fingers on the guitar learning songs like the old Joy McKean classic - Walk A Country Mile-through to brand new ones that were written last year while sitting at my own fire at my late Mum’s place getting inspired as the sun disappeared over the trees at Halfway Creek.
A special part of my show in Tamworth has always been when friends join me on stage and that will happen again in 2024 and I can’t wait! So join us at my fire this January in Tamworth as we sit and share these special songs and stories with you.
