Jemma Beech
Jemma Beech has a knack of storytelling through her songwriting and with her raw, honest, authentic vocals, and energetic down-to-earth personality, she has set her sights on taking country music career to new heights. At the age of three, she fell in love with music and ‘90’s country queens Trisha Yearwood, Shania Twain and The Chicks were her soundtrack. She had a country upbringing, from horse riding to dirt bikes, and during her 20s a string of diverse jobs as a bartender, truck stop worker, and nanny kept her occupied. Music began to take centre stage in her life when she attended the 2015 Senior Academy of Country Music in Tamworth. Making some serious waves in 2018, Jemma travelled to Nashville and wrote for her debut album, which was released the same year, with major success. That’s Just Me reached #1 on the iTunes Country charts and #19 on the ARIA Country album charts. After a brief stint working in the mines and a hiatus to regroup and redefine her path, Jemma is ready for the next chapter. Her single If I Can’t Wear Boots is an unapologetic girl power anthem that leans into a well-balanced sound that harnesses country and rock elements and was written with 2022 Toyota Star Maker Max Jackson and produced with Jake Davey Studios.
