Anthony Baxter
Anthony Baxter grew up in the Lake Macquarie region in the little town of Morisset, he grew up around music playing Piano and Clarinet in primary school.
He bought his first guitar at a pawnbroker in 2004 after listening to Australian Bush Ballad music, he entered his first talent quest at Bellbird Bowling Club and won the instrumental section.
He started his first recording in 2016 in Goulburn NSW, where he produced his first original song "Huntah's Melody".
His first major award in the industry came in 2018 when he won collaboration of the year and also instrumental of the year when he recorded a duet "Things Are Not The Same On The Land" instrumental with his good mate and mentor Lindsay Butler and also made a finalist in NSW musician of the year 2017.
Anthony now lives in Tamworth, working closely with LBS Studio releasing three new singles in 2021, 2022 and 2023...his 2022 release 'Bunyip Bounce' and 2023 release 'Where Our Heart Lives' winning him International gold and platinum disc awards.
